Software Licence & Sale Terms
These terms apply when you buy a ready-made software product from Algolumi ("we", "us"), such as the Mehndi Booking Software. They are separate from our Terms of Service for custom development work. By paying for a software product you agree to these terms.

1. The licence
When you pay in full, we give you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use the software for one business at one location. The licence cannot be transferred or sold without our written permission.
We keep the copyright and all other rights in the software. You may not resell, rent, copy for other businesses, or publish the source code.
2. Price and payment
The price is the one-time amount shown on the product page at the time you order, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless we agree a different currency in writing. There is no monthly fee from us.
We accept bank transfer and JazzCash in Pakistan, and Payoneer, Wise or SWIFT for international buyers. Bank and transfer charges are paid by the buyer. Installation starts after we receive the full payment.
3. Installation
Installation is included. You choose one of:
- Online: we install the software on hosting and a domain that you own and pay for. You give us the access we need during setup.
- Offline: we install the software on one laptop or PC that you provide, in person or by remote access.
4. What's included and not included
Included: the licence, installation, basic setup of your logo, services and prices, a short training session and 15 days of free support.
Not included: hosting, domain, third-party charges (for example WhatsApp, SMS or email services), new features, custom changes, and updates or support after the 15-day period. These are available for an extra charge if you want them.
5. Support
For 15 days after installation we help you get started and fix faults in the software at no cost. Support is given by WhatsApp, phone or email during normal working hours. After 15 days the software keeps working, and paid support is available on request.
6. Refunds
We offer a free demo before you buy so you can see exactly what you get. Because installation and setup are work done for you, payments are not refundable once installation has started. If we cannot complete the installation for a reason on our side, we refund the full amount.
7. Your data
The data you enter (bookings, clients, payments, students and so on) belongs to you and is stored on your hosting or computer. You are responsible for keeping backups and for using your clients' personal data lawfully. During installation and support we only access your data as needed to help you.
8. Limitation of liability
The software is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost profit, data loss or other indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
